How to Hire
Email us with a list of what equipment you require and the dates you will be needing to hire the equipment for.
If there is anything specifically you require that is not already listed in our current inventory please include it in your request as we will likely be able to source it for you.
If this is your first time hiring through Melbourne Backline we will need to document proof of identification such as a driver's licence, student card, passport or current utility bill.
If you won't be present at time of delivery or collection you can email a copy of your proof of I.D along with our hire application.

Upfront deposit or full payment is required before commencement for hire unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings cancelled within 24hours of the requested dispatch time are non-refundable. For cancellations within 48hours a 50% cancellation fee applies.
